Metro City
Metro City is Harbor City's western counterpart, lying on the opposite side of the Island's mountain range.
Metro is smaller and more at the mercy of the sea than Harbor, so its port is used less for trade. It has always lived in Harbor City's political and economic shadow, which is unfortunate as Metro has good managers, but a shortage of funds.
